knives throughout their useful lives.
Unless they're friends with a professional knfe
sharpener or happen to live near Thiers, the
vast majority of restauranteurs have to figure
out how to sharpen their table knives by with
their own means, not to mention sharpening
their precious kitchen knives!
The solution is Antretoise: rather than buying
your knives, try renting them!
The lifespan of the
average table knife in
a restaurant is about
five years,
approximately the
same as its
depreciation in the
accounting books.
By combining several
criteria -- number of
services per week, length of utilisation (the
whole meal or a single dish), the fabrication of
your plates -- we determine, with you, the
optimal number of sharpenings per year.
Generally from two to six, we can modify the
number according to your needs.
When we get within 10-15 days of the
agreed-upon maintenance date, we'll send you
an equivalent number of knives by the post.
You just have to slide your previous knives in
the box we've sent and send it back to us.
