the Umwelt is our "precious."
Hours of reflection, prototyping, tests and
failures, and finally… the Umwelt. It's our
vision of the pocket knife.
This innovative knife revisits the traditional
slip joint. Inspired by Laguiole, the Umwelt
preserves the traditional opening movement
but with greater fluidly and with better
security.
The open and closed positions are maintained
by a light and pleasing spring effect.

The length of the blade is optimized for its
cutting edge.
Conceived to suit all types of hands, its
handle fits gently in your palm. The spine,
intelligently curved inward, helps you
avoid touching the edge of the plate with
your fingers.

With its exceptional ergonomy and quality,
this little "French Chef" was created from a
desire to make a knife as functional as
possible while being agreable to use in all
different contexts.
The stick tang that we chose to support
the handle, as well as the materials
utilised for the handle, make this a knife
of remarquable longetivity.

THE DISCRETE
A whole swath of French culture is tied to
hunting and with the Discrete we wanted to
take that into account. And of course a
quality hunting dagger is hard to find.
After some reflection, our team accepted
the challenge of creating a high-quality
hunting dagger, made entirely by hand.
A good hunter is effective. Our dagger is
not only effective, it's elegant and (dare we
say) timeless.
This 25cm hunting dagger, functional and
æsthetic, is comprised of a double-edged
blade with a hand-ground quadruple
hollow grind and gutter for optimized use.
Its robust and ergonomic handle is
capped with a guard as protective as
it is refined, making the Discrete the
ideal dagger.
